A note on criticism
At Ghouls Magazine we are committed to supporting the film industry, especially when it comes to independent filmmakers. We are always happy for writers to provide constructive criticism when analysing a film, however, we do not accept intentionally damaging reviews and editorials. We always look to be honest and provide genuine opinions in written work, but when writing, it should always be with a view to pick up on any positives and then provide constructive feedback. You might hate the film, but please do remember that it is someone's hard work that they have put a lot of time, effort and love into. With this in mind, we will not accept reviews or editorials that are damaging, negative without being constructive or personally attack the creator.

  • Please note, we may not always be able to use the images you have selected due to various issues (resolution, size, copyright etc) therefore we cannot guarantee your chosen images will be included in the final publication and the final decision will be made at the Editor’s discretion.

  • If you are unsure on which images to use, the Editors are happy to select these on your behalf.
